📞 Chance Called—He Says Thank You!

To our generous donors,

Thanks to your compassion and incredible support during our recent Radiothon, we raised an astounding $235,026 to help animals in need. That’s not just a number—it’s a lifeline for countless cats and dogs who find safety, care, and love at our shelter.

Your gifts mean warm beds, full bowls, lifesaving medical care, and the promise of a better tomorrow for every animal who comes through our doors. And while all volunteers and staff at Animals In Distress are deeply grateful, we thought you’d rather hear it straight from the source…

The rescued dog featured in the photo was abandoned by his owners and left forgotten with broken bones in a cold dark cellar, no food or water, just dying slowly. Because of the help and support of our friends, Chance was rescued. His broken bones were healed and he found his forever home last November. But he hasn’t forgotten where he came from. He understands the kindness that made his journey possible. He may not know how phones work but he knows love when he sees it … and he felt yours loud and clear. And so did the hundreds of other animals who have found safety and love and a second chance here at the Kennel of Hope.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for making this Radiothon a resounding success. Your generosity, prayers, and kindness have kept dogs’ tails wagging and cats purring because they know they are safe and loved.

With gratitude,
🐾♥️🐾
